The Whitesboro Alumni Association (WAA) is one of the oldest not-for-profit high school alumni organizations in the United States. It is headed by a Board of Directors, all volunteers, who meet monthly at the School District Administration Building (the old Yorkville School). In striving to support current and new alumni through our functions, we provide a variety of benefits that help alumni maintain connections to Whitesboro Central School and fellow graduates.
We focus on:
- Providing scholarships to graduating seniors;
- Honoring outstanding teachers through the Teachers Hall of Fame;
- Supporting school and student programs, and
- Publishing a semi-annual Newsletter.
We want you as a member if you haven’t yet joined. All it takes is your completion of the membership application. We welcome your interest in the Association. We would like your ideas about what you would like to see on our Web Site.
The links on this page will direct you to areas that we support.
